At Forced Induction Motorsports, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and services that meet the needs of automotive enthusiasts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included materials must be intact.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Custom-made, special-order, or modified parts.
  2. Used, damaged, or installed items (unless defective).
  3. Clearance or final sale items.
  4. Gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return:
    • Contact our customer service team at [insert email/phone number] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Clearly include the RMA number with your returned item.
  2. Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • Use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
  3. Inspection:
    • Once received, returned items will be inspected. If the item does not meet the return criteria, it may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Refunds

  1. Refund Method:
    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
  2. Deductions:
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
    • Restocking fees may apply, as outlined above.
  3. Defective or Damaged Items:
    • For items received in defective or damaged condition, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please follow the return process for the original item, and place a new order for the replacement.
