    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
    • Custom-made or special-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  2. Order Confirmation:
    • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
    • When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Shipping Options and Rates

  1. Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
    • Rates vary based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
  2. Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.
    • Additional charges apply.
  3. International Shipping:
    • Available for most products. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain oversized or hazardous items may have restrictions or require special handling. Any restrictions will be communicated during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details. Use this information to monitor your shipment’s status directly on the carrier’s website.


Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing may impact delivery.


Shipping Errors or Damaged Items

  1. Incorrect or Missing Items:
    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your shipment is incorrect or incomplete.
    • We will resolve the issue by sending the correct items or issuing a refund.
  2. Damaged Items:
    • Inspect your package upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours.
    • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for resolution.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
  • We will work with the carrier to locate the package or provide a suitable resolution.
